These lights are the perfect fairy lights for Halloween and fall. You can easily attach them to windowsills or furniture with the twist ties that come with the lights. I think these are perfect for Halloween. I think you can put these outside or in the house they definitely work whenever. They come with extra bulbs too in case you lose or break one which is nice. I am converting a Little Tikes house to a haunted house and I will be using these to line the inside to give it a spooky vibe. These are packaged beautifully and I love that they come with backup lights in case shirt out. These are mini so I love that they will fit anywhere, so I don’t need to worry about measuring or have these stick out awkwardly. These also come with backup fuses with gives me a nice sense of relief just in case. I received an incentive to write this review.
