Q: How do you assemble this frame? There’s a metal piece attached to the packaging. Is this part of the frame? How does it lock the picture in place?

Q: I quite literally cannot get the plastic out to access the picture. What is the solution? It doesn’t fall out and it doesn’t peel out??
A: Hi Steph, Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like the frame is flawed. The two panels should easily separate. Please try returning the frame to your local Target store. If you are unable to do that, I suggest you contact our customer service department, and they can arrange to send a replacement. Q: what are the dimentions inside the matte
