Q: I quite literally cannot get the plastic out to access the picture. What is the solution? It doesn’t fall out and it doesn’t peel out??

submitted by Steph - 2 years ago
  • A: I had the same problem! I was so frustrated. Then my child suggested flipping it upside down and let gravity help. That worked!

  • A: Hi Steph, Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like the frame is flawed. The two panels should easily separate. Please try returning the frame to your local Target store. If you are unable to do that, I suggest you contact our customer service department, and they can arrange to send a replacement. You can locate the MCS customer service number on the instruction sheet that shipped with the frame. Here it is for your quick reference as well - 800-833-3058. Thank you, Victoria
