12" Pleated Ceramic Vase Sour Cream - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

Arrived broken. Pretty vase but definitely buy in store. 2nd try because I've had a hard time finding it in store.

The perfect "medium" size vase in a muted soft white/cream/hint of gray that also mirrors the little lamp in the same color. It has a soft aged look and is unique. I love it.

Beautiful vase! Bigger than I expected

Surprised something from Magnolia this poorly made. The vase is not sour cream in color. It is a muddy gray. Inside and out feels rough. I was so looking forward to displaying on my mantel.

I was so excited to unbox this vase, so beautiful in person and on my mantle! Can't wait to add my fall florals to this vase!

FedEx delivered the package and had my husband open the box because it didn't sound right. Upon opening box, the vase was not properly wrapped and was rolling around inside the box. Needless to say, it was broken. FedEx driver took the damaged product with him and now Target wants the product returned before they'll give me a refund. Very frustrated with Target's customer service. I was looking forward to getting this case.

Love the size, color and purpose! It has a nice weight and adds some fall glam! Neutral color compliments filler stems perfectly.

I’m sure it’s a beautiful vase, but like a lot of others, it arrived in pieces. Not nearly enough packaging to protect it in a huge box. Hopefully I can find one in a store!

Arrived shattered to pieces. Like everything I order from target :( I was so excited. Wrapped in brown paper in huge box with my girls posters. It then ripped one of the posters as well. Yay.

This vase is stunning!

Of course, my vase was in a large box with brown paper laid on top of it. No bubble wrap, no smaller box, just rolling around inside. By the time it arrived to me it was in many pieces. Target when are you going to get your act together and have your products wrapped accordingly. Other companies don’t seem to have your problem, but I’ve had many items broken when delivered. If only I lived closer I would never order. WHY can this problem not be corrected?

Who ships these items? No bubble wrap to protect the ceramic. Deflated piece of plastic to surround item. And no mention of "fragile" listed on the box. I was really excited to enjoy and use this vase. *would recommend purchasing in store.

There were three sizes of this style , this is the middle style! So unless you have a mansion with tall ceilings and a massive kitchen island , my suggestion is to get THIS ONE! It’s the PERFECT SIZE and so aesthetic ! Perfect for fall and I can see myself using this into the beginning of the new year January February months . The quality is 10/10 looks like it could be $200 vase especially this size ! So many ways to style it , it elevates my home .

Do not order online for shipping. It is beautiful so I’m giving 4 stars but it arrived totally shattered. Until Target hires fulfillment employees who know how to package items and stops using FedEx who delivers crumpled boxes, it’s best to buy in store. It also wouldn’t let me return online for a replacement so I unfortunately have to bring a bag full of huge shards of shattered pottery in for a replacement in store. This is probably partially why Target has not been performing well lately and their numbers are done.

Probably a gorgeous vase but arrived broken beyond the point of super glue. When will Target learn how to ship items properly?
