These cups are a super great size for a casual coffee drinker. The finish on them is glossy but not sticky. The handles are on the smaller side, but are very sturdy. When I ordered mine, one of the cups arrived broken. However, they include a contact card and that was likely the best customer service call I have ever had. They were incredibly nice, very polite, and extremely helpful. They sent me a new cup with no questions and provided me a tracking number for it. I will decidedly be ordering from this company again for my ceramics needs.
