Great product in theory. Battery must drain when not in use because no matter how much I charge it, it’s never charged enough to make it thought one smoothie without stopping and starting. I which is disappointing as the smaller size is convenient when you don’t want to pull out a full sized blender

The charger doesn’t last !! I changed it twice and still stopped working and tore the second time and I am a very gentle person . Will not buy again in future .

I wanted to love this portable blender for smoothies but ended up hating it. The battery power is weak and it takes forever to charge the battery. So it you can get the blender to work, you have a short time to try to blend your frozen and liquid ingredients beige the battery quits. I like the concept but the reality is that it is not a useful too.

Bought one from a local store. Stop charging after a month. Shift back to traditional plug in. Fancy, good as a kitchen decoration,but too delicate for daily use.

This is the worst blender I have ever used. It genuinely cannot blend anything without the orange light going off indicating that the blades are blocked, and then it just stops. I’ve tried frozen fruit, fresh fruit, even just protein powder and milk- it literally can’t blend. I bought the 2 pack and both are completely unusable.

My mom bought this for me to make smoothies and this is so trash, the blades get stuck on ice, frozen fruit, literally anything and wont move, and the battery life is so trash, one time the blades werent even blocked and i had to clean the liquid out to get it to work, if you buy expect to see a flashing orange for 9/10 of your attempts at blending

We are on the go a lot and this blender works great for smoothies and protein shakes. It is easy to clean and packs up for on the go. All in all, even with my note below, I am glad we have, I would buy it again and we have already recommended it to a few people. @ninja if you are reading this -> Why is the top just barely not wide enough for the flat bottom lid to fit inside? I can twist the cup onto the base, drop a container of protein powder and the blade cover inside, and close the lid - making it super portable. EXCEPT the flat bottom to the cup is an extra loose piece that doesn't nest inside the top of the blender cup. I keep trying to find just the right bag or case to keep the blender + flat cup base in so I don't loose it.

I bought this only 6 months ago and it already stopped working. The charging light doesn't turn on. I tried everything. I made sure the base was always dry and I took good care of it. i think it's just faulty. i do NOT recommend this product. Very unreliable.

Replacemebt 8 months ago and now won't charge at all. Something happened to the original too. If the charge port gets wet it eventually will do this. Maybe putting a plug in the charge port might help. I have done all the trouble shooting and it still will not charge. Going to get another blender that doesn't have the power attachment on the bottle. You can't clean unless it's attached. They only guarantee a replacement product 6 months so I am out of luck because it lasted 8 months this time. Bad design.......

I have had 2 of these due to battery life issues. It never gets better. It will last for about 1 smoothie before you have to charge. Just buy a blender and make it at home.

once you get everything in the blender, every single time without fail there is a button that starts flashing and it rejects the ability to blend. whether it be purple or red, it flashes for 15 seconds before it allows you to retry blending. even when you try and investigate the issue it is claiming to have, it continues flashing and if i’m lucky it takes 10 minutes to finally start blending correctly

If you add more than an icecube or 2 the blades jam or the unit overheats. If you are blending nothing but pure liquids you are probably fine but if you add anything else this will not work.

It fits in tight spaces and the certain space it cannot reach with the provided attachments/accessories you can clean every nook and cranny, high, and low. It is extremely easy to clean all you have to do is click and release the debris.The filter I usually wash weekly. I am very pleased with the suction capability it lifts the dirt and pet hair in one pass easy and thoroughly. Overall it’s a fantastic product that I would highly recommend!

When I first used it I used straight out of the box without charging it and I was like ehh idk if I like this but I gave it another try fully charged and it did very well I was impressed I highly recommend. The battery is ok but you can get a lot done on 20 minutes( that’s how long the battery lasted in mine) and I love that I can pack it and bring it wherever I want.

Really bad design. The whole entire machine has to be turned upside down to get the to go cup to go. If it isnt screwed on super tight it leakes all over! I made a huge mess trying to inscrew the top off the belder bottom. Ugh!
