Had one identical to this one for about 10 years. Very good product. Would have given it 5 stars but it quit working, which is why I bought this one. We'll see how long this one last.

I love this impact driver, I had mine for almost 7 years worked as well as the day I bought it! Best price, lightweight which is very important to me, low cost, powerful, fits in more places than other impacts, long battery life and they are cheaper than other 20 v batteries it was my most valued tool and someone stole it! Lost without it looking to replace. I bought it as a set but I hate the chuckles drill that came with it. It is gutless, bits fall out constantly just nothing good about it.

Used it about 1 minute. Switch turns light on but doesn't activate driver. Spent hours on line looking for a replacement switch. Nothing yet, still looking.

The feel is balanced torque is good,never was a fan till I bought previous 20v matrix driver. Its held up very well an been through some serious tasks.Looking forward to years of service with the impact driver too!

Have this now going on the second season and it's proven invaluable to me, Plenty of power and easy to use, I love the fact that it has a light. The battery holds a charge for long periods of time, Charging is quick as well, This Driver is a nice compliment to my tool arsenal.,

I bought this driver along with a drill in a 2 pk combo. I rebuilt my deck this summer and drove hundreds of deck and framing screws with my black and decker impact driver. I was using 4 cordless drills. The black and decker out performed the so called big name drills.

I bought this drill to have an impact drill around the house. The idea was to use on fence repair. Was impressed with the power. It made screw removal and insertion a breeze. Works great on lawnmower blade bolts! Only bolt I couldn't loosen was on my lug nuts for tires. Very impressed.

I bought this a few months ago and I could not be happier with. It's replaced my regular drill for most of my projects. You could buy more expensive tools but, for around the home projects Black + Decker offers the best all around value for the money.
