It is easy to operate. I think the filtration system is good. I am Japanese and I could use it without any instruction manual. It sucks up all the debris and can be easily disposed of in the trash! I think the battery life is reasonable, too: once you clean the whole house, the battery will run out halfway through the next cleaning. Needs to be recharged when done. The dust capacity is just right. It's not that heavy, and the cordless design makes it easy to clean.

Convenient little vacuum. Cordless with an anti-allergen seal. It has pretty decent suction power. It easily switches from hard floor to carpet with switch under your thumb. It's not very loud, which is nice. It holds a pretty good amount of dust and dirt before I need to empty it. I use it mainly in the kitchen and on the throw rugs around the house.. I like it, but it has four stars because it is top heavy. You need to pull up the motor and place it onto the stick. It's a little bit hard to maneuver because of the heavy awkwardness of it. Also, it will not stand up straight if you need to stop, you need to lay it down. Otherwise, it's a great extra vacuum and stores easily.

I love Shark because they make amazing quality products for a great price and last really long . This is such a good vacuum. It has a pretty long battery life and actually gets the dust and any dirt rather than just moving it around or running over it like some vacuums .

I love this vacuum/mop combo. For a mom of young kids, this is way more practical than your standard cordless vacuum since it can get spills and wet food like rice and macaroni. The self cleaning brush roll is so handy. It’s still gross to fish out all the hair and gunk, but I don’t see how it would be possible for it not to be with any product that picks up wet and dry together. But it is easy to keep clean. Other than that my only negatives are the same issues I have with any cordless vac. Smaller capacity, doesn’t get edges that well. But since getting this a couple months ago, my floors are generally much cleaner since most days I’ll use it at least in one area. I’ve never run into issues with the battery life not being sufficient.

It doesn't work at all it's been on the charger for 3 days and it won't turn on

I own three vacuums and this is the one I use most often. I love how light weight it is because it doesn't hurt my wrists to use while working just as good as my corded vacuum . The charger doubles as a stand so it can be stored and charged at the same time. I've had it for years and it's running strong continuing to pick up any dust or dirt in its path .

Giving only 3 star review to this product because it's missing couple of important features. First of all, you can't take of the bottom attachment. It's a permanent attachment, which makes it impossible to reach out tight areas and corners. Also, the hydro mode is not that great, hardly removing any stains from tiles. Also, the roler takes a long time to dry out after you use hydro mode. As someone who works in flooring industry for 10+ years, i wouldnt recommend any kind od wet mop, hydro vacuum, or steam mop, except whats recomended by the flooring manufacturer. Most of the manufacturers will deny your lamite/hardwood/vinyl quality claim if you use any product like this. But definteley ok to use on tiles. What I like about this vacuum is that it's very easy and convinient to handle around your house. Also, the sucking power is pretty good for cordless vacuum. Battery s also very good. Hopefully, the next gen of these vacums come with some improvments that I mentioned asove, as I absolutely love and enjoy using Ninja product.

I have to say buy this if you like clean work smarter not harder. This machine is amazing. I have 4 small dogs and a cat wow cleans up amazing Carpets and flooring I am so impressed!!!!! Thank you shark for making my life easier and cleaner!!

Works well on our laminate wood flooring and fairly well on our surface rugs. It does seem to work very well for its intended purposes - do not buy this with the intention of steam cleaning full carpets, it isn't designed for that. However, for our thinner surface rugs, it works great and overall it's a unique and effective product, although doesn't replace a regular vacuum (re: attachments) so you'll need to have one as well.

I’m very happy with the vacuum / mop! As a person that likes a clean home but doesn’t like to clean - this has been fantastic - easy to use, quick and my floors look great! Highly recommend

I got the Shark HydroVac a couple weeks ago and it has been my go-to vacuum solution since then. I especially like the duality of the vacuum / mop function which allows a deeper clean. My wooden floors have never looked and felt so clean prior to using the HydroVac. Definitely recommend getting one especially if you have hardwood floors!

I was shocked at how smoothly this product runs and how fresh it leaves our floors and carpets! This puts our Dyson to shame and for a fraction of the cost; I cannot recommend the HydroVac enough and absolutely love this new cleaning staple in our home.

I love my HydroVac. It is hands down a 5 star product. It works thoroughly and gets the cleaning job done. It’s a vacuum and mop so you’re picking up debris and cleaning the floors ALL AT ONCE. It transitions from hardwood floors to ceramics with ease. The floors sparkle when I’m done cleaning them. It is lightweight and VERY easy to clean. I love this product, very happy with it.

This product is perfect for my mostly carpeted house-let me explain! I have just four small spaces of non-carpeted floor in my house so lugging a mop and bucket across my carpet isn't an option. I'd only occasionally clean my hard floors with a rag. This 2-in-1 helps me get over the mental hurdle of vacuuming first, then mopping, and I clean my hard floors more often now because of it. The colour of the used water is all the proof I need that this has improved the cleanliness of my home. I only wish it could manouever a bit bit better next to walls/cabinets to really get into the nooks and crannies. The headlights are great but they also show me the irritating crumbs the machine can't reach.

This is a game changer! I no longer need to sweep before I mop this is a huge time saver and so easy to use. If your a busy mom like me you need this hydroVac. Love that it's cordless as well cause it can go anywhere I need it to.

The Shark Hydrovac works well on multiple surfaces. I clean regularly but was still amazed at the dirt it managed to pull up. It takes a while to charge at first, however the battery lasted while I cleaned my main floor. It is self cleaning which helps to keep the vacuum clean and in good shape.

I got this several weeks ago, and loved it. It is very easy to use and very powerful. I have a small child and have been using the HydroVac after almost every meal, and all the crumbs under the table are gone in less than a minute. We have used the water once, and it was a bit difficult to dry the brush. But for what we need in our life - quick and easy clean up which won`t burden our schedule - the vacuum function is just great. It is so easy to use that our five year old wanted to try it and ended up vacuuming the entire living room by himself as he found it fun.

One of the top Shark products I have used. Easy to use, well balanced, quick drying, cleans up stains hardware and ceramic easily. Bonus- it can do carpets very easily! We can do the whole floor in one charge.

Huge, boon to our cleaning routine!!! We've been huge fans and users to the smaller Shark VacMop product, however, the Shark HydroVac takes everything to a whole other level. The cleaning power is stronger, battery lasts longer, and the self-cleaning feature is a huge benefit. The charging dock is also very convenient, nothing to plug in, just drop it on and it's charging.
