Great Product
Dropping one star because my wife won’t use the caddy, insisting that sponges don’t dry out and will smell of damp. Otherwise, a very practical product, filling a gap for us few remaining users who don’t have a dishwasher. Great design touches: variable quantity dispensed by height from the spout, and “wireless” charging by contact pad, avoiding all electrical connections.

Great idea. . . at least 90% of it
This is a nice product, built to the same level of quality as the other offerings from Simple Human. My only problem with it is that the sponge holder does not have drainage holes built into it. My fear is that when a damp or wet sponge is placed in the holder water will accumulate at the bottom of it and eventually develop mold. To combat this I've drilled three holes into the bottom of the cup so that water can drain out instead of accumulate. Otherwise this is a good product.

The Best
This product is the absolute best. No more dripping water all over the counter while pushing a hand pump when adding soap onto a wet sponge. Now with just a wave of the hand/sponge all of the soap and soapy water stay on the sponge and in the sink. I have gifted the sensor pump to friends and family. All absolutely love the ease and cleanliness of using this sensor pump.

Did Not Work
This was purchased to replace the one I had for about a year as it stopped dispensing dish soap. So I ordered another one and it did not work either. I would not dispense the dish soap, and I did all the procedures to get it to work to no avail. I contacted Simple Human and told them my issues, and they gave me several things to try which did not work either. So, they told me package it up and send back and they would send me a new one. They were great to work with me in replacing it.
