Our previous version dispenser gave up the ghost. Using the warranty was way. The replacement seems solid.

We’ve been through two of these things and the battery has lasted about 9 months on each one before it stops holding a charge. You can’t replace the batteries. This one is redesigned. Let’s hope it lasts longer.

Pros- adjustable soap amount, long battery life, large reservoir, clean appearance Cons - some may find it to be expensive for a soap dispenser I can’t recommend this automatic soap dispenser enough! One of my favorite features is how it adjusts the amount of soap based on where I place my hand. If I need just a little soap, I keep my hand closer to the sensor, and for more, I move it lower. It’s such a simple but effective feature that gives me control without wasting soap. The battery life is also impressive. With six people in our household using it multiple times a day, I was expecting to have to recharge it frequently, but to my surprise, it lasts a long time between charges. It’s one less thing I have to worry about. Another highlight is the large reservoir. It holds a generous amount of soap, which means I don’t have to refill it constantly – a big win for a busy household! I also really appreciate how the dispenser’s shiny exterior doesn’t show watermarks easily. Even with regular use and wet hands, it still looks sleek and clean without constant wiping. Some people may be turned away by the loftier price tag, however, I do believe it’s well worth the price. Overall, this dispenser has been a great addition to our home. It’s reliable, efficient, and just makes life easier. I’d definitely purchase it again or recommend it to others.

This pump is outstanding and now I never have to use dirty hands to turn faucet on first and then get hand soap. The faucet would always be dirty and then I had to wipe it down. I’m planning on getting several more. Wonderful product

I have four of these devices in my house plus three more of a different model (same brand) and all are rechargeable. Unfortunately, the rechargeable batteries cannot be user replaced when they go south. This one lasted only two plus years. Too short for this expensive an item not to mention the waste of materials if the only recourse is to trash them and buy a new one. Will look elsewhere in the future unless battery replacement is allowed on newer products.

This was a warranty replacement. The new design is so much better! The opening enables one to see when it’s full when refilling. Thank you!

I bought this for my grandson because he liked mine so much. He wears contacts and asked me to get this for him so he can use it before he puts his contacts in. The soap I buy from Simple Human is awesome as well. The dispenser is easy to use, easy to fill and super easy to charge.

It's the perfect combination of contemporary form and function for us.

Even on the low soap dispense range (closest to sensor), twice the three times the soap is needed for handwashing. Only a small amount is needed to lather up. And on the maximum amount (hand farthest from sensor), who would ever need that much for hand washing? Seems like a great waste in soap and buying more packages.

I like the fact you can recharge it (NO batteries) yea, so far it looks good on my vanity top and it dispenses great. After many attempts with battery operated soap dispensers that did not last very long, I do recommended this product.

I really like the sleek look of the pump. Matte black looks great on my countertop. I had a few times where the pump leaked but it might have been caused by an accidental swipe when turning on the water. I’ll order another for my powder room.
