Wasn't sure if it would hold the weight of cans of beans, etc. But I stacked lots of stuff on it and it still spins and glides well! Not sure what the weight limit is, but it is a very sturdy lazy susan and well worth the price. I will be buying more of these in different sizes from this brand for the other cupboards.
