Q: Is there a cross body strap? There appear to be clips on the sides with something down in the side (bottle) pockets, but I can't tell what it is.

A: Very soft and comfortable. You can wear it on your back for extended amount of time but it will become tiresome as with any backpack with weight

Absolutely LOVE this backpack! I own it in blue, and just added the black to my shopping cart. It's great for travel and has lots of room for all the essentials. Best part is the "hidden" zipper compartment on the back of the bag....it's large enough to fit our passports or small wallet in for safe, secure and easy access! AND, after spilling a drink in it I tossed it in the washing machine hoping it would make it through and it washed perfectly. One of my favorite bags!

Nice size, looks nice. I like that it has the handle on top and the hooks on the side. It doesn’t come with a shoulder strap but I put a wide on the hooks and it works when I don’t want a backpack style bag.

Needed a backpack for a month-long vacation to the UK and wanted to get it in-store so I could see the size. I used it as a plane carry-on and as my daily out and about bag/diaper bag. I absolutely stuffed this thing for the plane, used it to carry groceries and stuff we bought, and used it as a beach bag. It got heavy and on the way home I barely zipped it shut--I was not gentle with it and it held up prfectly! Not a tear, not a loose thread, not a weak seam, no weak or broken zipper, all the hardware is perfect. You can unhook the clasps on the side to make it taller. The fabric is easy to clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it could benefit from a large separate internal pocket--it would have come in handy for separating magazines etc. from the large main compartment. I was so pleased with the bag though, the style, the color, and how well it held up. Highly recommend!

Why does this not have a laptop sleeve? The tag on the outside claims that it fits a laptop, cool great just toss it in then. Also barely any pockets not even a zipper pocket inside for a tampon. Terrible design for a women’s bag.
