This is the first set of "expensive" dishes I've ever fallen in love with. I've owned them for 6 months and they are our daily dishes. We wash them in the dishwasher all the time, they've been banged around a little by children, used in microwaves and the refrigerator, and there is still no chips, cracks, or other issues. Absolutely beautiful.

These look great but six months after purchasing, every piece in the entire set is cracked or broken. The return window has closed so I’m stuck taking the loss. Do not purchase these if you plan on having them for longer than six months.

These came all broken. They were not packaged to protect them at all. Returned them and was told by store that warehouse was not protecting things when shipping and tons of returns were happening for exact same reason. Don’t buy anything fragile!!

NOT dishwasher safe, NOT microwave safe
These dishes are very pretty but contrary to the manufacturer’s claims, they are neither dishwasher nor microwave safe. After less than one month of regular use, we had one plate break in the dishwasher and I chalked it up to bad luck. Just had another plate break in the microwave so now I’m writing this review. In a house with children, I cannot confidently rely on the Sango brand to provide durable and safe dinnerware. The manufacturer warranty period (90 days) is an apparent reflection of the confidence Sango has in its own products. Major bummer because again, these dishes look very lovely.

We love these dishes! We bought them when we moved into our first home together. We wanted something that wasn’t modern and white. The colors are just enough to not be boring, but not too overwhelming. They clean up nicely in the dishwasher and are microwave safe. We expect these to last for a very long time. We’ve had them for two years now without any issues, chips, or scratches. For the price, you can’t beat it. We bought two sets for hosting. Highly recommend!!

Needing Plates
Got them as a wedding gift, we use them all the time, no signs of wear and tear, however would’ve loved having more in the set. Beware of leaving maple syrup on them in the fridge, just put some dawn dish soap on them and it works great!

Disappointed
I really liked the color and look of these plates. However, they aren’t very durable/don’t hold up well and likely will have to replace with something that doesn’t break/chip/crack as easily. Bummed because I ordered two sets but they just aren’t practical for standard use.

Definitely buy!
I love this set! We’ve had them now for a year and half and there’s no chips or cracks. There are some scraps in the middle from knives, but nothing major and the pattern itself helps to hide it. We use these plates/bowls everyday and put them in the dishwasher and they’ve been great. I love the little bowls for small food items. I do wish the larger bowls were deeper as they don’t hold much, but we love this set!!

Cracks from hot food!
I put a hot pancake on one and it caused a hairline crack! We could even hear it happen. These are not safe and wouldn't recommend. We've had issues with them overall breaking and chipping from normal use. We thought we were "upgrading" our older dishes with these, but we were wrong!
