Chipped dishes/Black marks
These are beautiful but unfortunately they don't ship very well. I contacted the company about replacement and they require a proof of purchase which is impossible if gifted to you. I'd avoid this set and choose a different option that may be a better fit.

I recieved this item as a gift. So far they work great. No items were damaged or defective. I put them in the dishwasher and they were fine. I am a little sad they didn't come with dessert plates. I like the design and they seem sturdy so far.

I read the reviews and knew what to expect. Many defects, specks stuck in glaze, glaze swirls, etc. No chips. I liked the shape of the bowls, plates and mugs. Color was slightly off white, which I expect... more like restaurant white. Will work for my purposes... transitioning Toddler from plastic to breakables

Dinnerware set
We recieved this item as a gift for my bridal shower and we love them! I wanted something simple that would match with anything and they are a perfect addition to our kitchen! The only complaint I have is that two small plates and one bowl came chipped in the box, but there is a paper in the box that says they will replace any items if they come chipped.

This set of dishes arrived well packed and with no damage. I like the design and size of the pieces. The extra serving bowls are a nice addition to the set. Some plates did have an uneven glaze in places, but I am keeping the set anyway. It’s not very noticeable and the set was very well priced.
