They are hangers. They hold clothes. The reason it is not a 5 star review is because the box three sets of hangers - that's 54 hangers - came in was enormous. The delivery person must have been thrilled that it was at light as it was because a full sized microware with a couple coffee makers in their boxes would have fit in that box.

There were no hangers in the package. Only the wrapper. I did get refunded, but why is the packaging always disappointing? The packaging is disappointing with most Target orders. Generally no fillers of any sort so always a risk of damaged products.
