He first purchased it in December 1972 as a high school senior, and has cherished it since. The car boasts original matching numbers L78 396 engine with 375 horsepower, and it underwent a complete frame-off rotisserie restoration that took six years. This restoration preserved many original components, including the carburetor, distributor, transmission, water pump, and glass. The car’s exterior is a striking Azure turquoise, complemented by a rarely seen original factory-painted hard top in Dover white. The interior features a Parchment color with black carpets, creating a stylish and timeless aesthetic. The famous Hurst shifter and original eight-track player highlight the car’s vintage charm, while the original markings on the firewall and Goodyear Polyglas tires complete its authentic look.
