The appearance of the pillow is beautiful, as expected but we just can't keep it because it is such a rough/itchy texture! Unfortunately we are going to return it and continue our never-ending pillow search.

Darn. I had hoped the other reviews were wrong. But mine too was mostly gray.. and the gray had a greenish undertone as well. I will return and keep looking. Definitely not as pictured

The online photo shows this pillow to be more natural, off-white, than gray. In person it is mostly gray. The fibers are a little rough, not terrible, but I wanted it to be softer for my sofa. A nice, high-end, looking decorative pillow. Very bohemian chic. I liked it but ended up returning it because I wanted less gray and more of the off-white color.
