The product is geared toward children as a replacement for candy on Halloween. The cards themselves are thinner than standard paper cards, but the designs are fun. The set includes numbered parallels as low as /31. It's a fun slow rip and I believe also appeals to the casual collector looking for a low entry and a fun set with good design.
