Target sent me only 1 pack when I ordered 2. When I reached out for support to send me another or a refund, they told me that couldn’t because it was marked as delivered. Just a terrible policy and service from target.

Horrible customer service. Should have read the reviews better. All the Optic packs I ordered were missing and customer service said they consider it a successful delivery. Read the ratings and see how many people were missing the Optic packs they ordered. Either Target does not have them or they are being taken out of the box before shipping. Either way, you will just be out of your money because they will not do anything to remedy the situation.

Shipping box damaged
I do not know yet if there is any damage to the cards after removing them from the extremely damaged box, but the box was horrible and the packaging was even worse. This happens a lot with Target orders. I want to know who is responsible for packaging because with trading cards, they are fragile and should be treated as such. Someone please explain to me why the packaging is always horrible.

I heard a lot of bad reviews on these value Packs and hanger boxes but my oldest son pulled a Xavier worthy uptown from this value pack. but i did buy it at cracker barrel not target🤣 for 15 dollars it was a great deal lol

Tampered Pack | Stolen Downtown?
Tampered Pack upon opening package. It looks like a clean cut across the top with scissors were used to probably steal and replace a downtown or other case hit. Very annoyed and upset about this experience. This had to have happened before it was shipped. Target has some thieves (probably with scanners and scales) in their warehouse. BUYER BEWARE.
