Theft. Incorrect item delivered
Target is now delivering incorrect items and then refusing to fix the issue. This item cannot be returned which I would understand if the CORRECT item had been delivered. I get mistakes are made but when Target is refusing to issue me a refund or send the correct items that is theft. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING THINGS FROM TARGET
