package arrived in my doorstep pretty bang up. We open the box and its clearly visible that the original box was bang up as well, took picture of it and called custumer service, after 2 days they emailed us and says they will not accept returned or reimbursed.Very unhappy with it as we always want to keep item on its original box.

This is not about the product but about the service. I purchased on Dec. 1st. The label was created on Dec. 8th. I got an estimated delivery date for Dec. 11th. Tracking has not been updated because UPS is waiting to get the package. I have called several times with no one knowing why my package hasn’t been sent. I don’t mind about it being delayed it the lack of communication, and no one able to tell me what is going on.
