Everything was going well until we opened box 23. It was a mistake. There was no puzzle piece included so now we cannot complete our puzzle. Not fun for a 7 year old. Also, the player was a double of one we already had opened days earlier. I would not buy this again. We paid $59 for a puzzle that we can’t even finish! So frustrating!!! I would like my money back.

I am very disappointed with Targets customer service on this item. I ordered the item prior to Thanksgiving but it did not arrive until 12/11. Because it is an advent calendar, the month of December was half way over by the time it arrived and Target would not allow me to return the item. It does not say Not Returnable on the receipt. I called Target’s Customer Relations team hoping for more support and they were not helpful either. They would not even price match the item that was now 50% off at another big retailer. As a loyal Target shopper, I am dissatisfied with this order.
