Q: How thick is the glass on these tumblers? Are they thick or thin do they crack easily or shatter? I have adults with arthritis & sometimes have trouble hanging onto things I really like thanks for your help.

    Bad Lid- Great Cup

    I love the cup but the wooden lid was a bad idea:( I hand wash after every use and the lid wore out fast and it has the most horrible fungus smell. I have to search for a replacement lid now:(

    So stinky

    This would be perfect except it’s unusable because the lid smells so bad. Like diapers and chemicals. I’ll use it as a plain glass because it does fit in my cup holder, but that wasn’t really the point of buying it.

    Loose Lid

    Great looking design but the lid won’t seal correctly. It moves side to side and comes off without even trying, spilling my drink all over. Don’t recommend, definitely returning!

    Great size tumblers with a smelly lid problem!

    As others have mentioned, there must be a batch of these that have lids that were not dried before adding the finish - trapping a moldy, fecal smell. (btw, tried baking soda & sunlight/UV, as well as soaking/olive oil/coffee grounds. i believe the smell is persistent because it is UNDER the finish and not over. they came this way, and I assumed that it would wear off, but after over 2 months of treatment and regular careful cleaning (in a similar manner to the person who was lucky enough to not receive smelly lids- separating the silicone, air drying fully, only using the dishwasher for the glass and not the wood), no change. I have gotten rid of both lids and use the glasses alone as large tumblers for smoothies. Was attracted to these for the price, and for my quest to have less plastic in the house. It's shocking there aren't more options for lidded glass tumblers, or a similar product with a different material for the lid. Maybe a future batch will be better, so I'll keep an eye - and a nose - out.

    Can't get past the smell

    When I got this, there was a horrible smell and even when I’ve watched it I can’t get past it. The lid is disgusting and I can’t drink anything out of it because the smell is so potent. What is going on?

    Easy to clean!

    I wasn’t sure if I would like these because the lid seemed like it might be flimsy but this ended up being a great buy and I wish I had bought more when they were on sale. Super easy to clean, and easy to fill. Got these for my kid but everyone loves them. The lid is surprisingly secure even though it doesn’t screw on even when it’s dropped. No gross little crevices to hold mold. The lid is simple and cleans easily and the cup is dishwasher safe. I like that there’s minimal plastic, we replaced the straws with stainless steel ones and it’s my favorite cup. Best part is you can use it with or without the lid. Idk if I would use this in the car but great at home to help element spills and the glass is nice so you can change out your drink without it permanently flavoring your cup.

    Love this tumbler

    First off let me say I love Chip and Joanna Gaines. So I am very partial to them but I must say I love this tumbler. The glass is thick and the colors are beautiful. I have 2. The lid is well made. So far I have not had any mildew set in. I like how it has a full plastic covering over the bottom versus just a plastic ring to secure the lid. I do lift and wash under it. Not sure if it can come off but I do wash around the piece that separate. I don’t care for the plastic straw so I replaced with a glass one. Otherwise I love it! ❤️🥰
