My B-12 was low, doctor started shots, but they really weren't doing much to change my levels..... I purchased these sublingual B-12's and my B-12 is now perfect and I've been taking these for over 2 years daily now and nor my wife have never had a common cold. We think having our B-12 boosted has allot to do with this. These really taste great and it's like having dessert before dinner.

I’ve been using this product for over a year and will continue to. It tastes great and dissolves quickly. The only problem I have with it is that because I live in an extremely humid climate it will sometimes dissentigrate before I finish the medication.

This is a very convenient and highly concentrated form of B12. We use it daily, cannot comment on the bursts of energy felt by many other reviewers, we haven't noticed any increase in energy. It is easy to use, dissolves well in matter of minutes under the tongue. Taste is pleasant. We will have our levels rechecked and will see.
