Not for me
I am sorry to say this product upset my stomach bad. I had to discontinue it. I don't know if the problem is the prolonged release or added ingredients. Since the purchase price is so low, it isn't worth the trouble to return for a refund. It's probably too late anyway.

Love the convenience
This type of vitamin is hard to "review". It is a preventative type of vitamin. But - one thing is for sure - I love the convenience of ordering this product and knowing the cost is reasonable!

I really like the 21 Century prolonged release C-1000 pills. even though they are large, they have a slick surface, making easier to swallow them. I take 5000 mgs. daily. I only have to take them once a day because of the prolonged release. They are also resonably priced. Good buy for better health.
