Magnesium Oxide 400
I have Hypoparathyroidism and I take a prescription med called Calcitriol. I’m required to take magnesium oxide 400 to aid in the absorption of vitamins and minerals. This is the only magnesium supplement that will work for me.

Doc said I need, but as instructions state and my Doc warned me, there are side effects one being diarrhea, which i had. so just be careful and don't over buy until you know.
