    Great sleep aid

    This works relatively well and it came in great condition. The only thing I would say "bad" is that it takes a while to dissolve in your mouth.

    Does the job, but not crazy about it.

    My spouse and I are not crazy about the flavor; we got these because they were the only quick dissolve in 10 mg to be found. We are using them up, and once done, will go back to Nature's Bounty because they dissolve easy and taste better. I am appreciative that I could get these though when others were not available.

    Melatonin Review

    It takes a lot of mg's to make me fall asleep. But, oddly enough, after I took this for a few weeks I could fall asleep on my own again, in spite of my insomnia. I have taken it when I had a short time before I had to get up & it did not work. But, I think that was because I was excited about the next day so my insomnia kicked in. It's easy to take, doesn't taste too bad & works well. Shipped fast also. I would recommend this product.

    Tastes OK, seems to work

    I take this to help me get to sleep at night and it does seem to help. The cherry flavor is a little bit strong for my taste, but it dissolves in my mouth quickly. I have been buying this for the past year.

    poor quality packaging

    I bought 2 bottles and when I opened them there was only 1/4 of the bottle filled no cotton in the dead space and half the tables are broken and powdery. The bottle is way to big for the small size tablets

    Great Sleep!

    This product is the best melatonin that I have tried by far, I have tried many other brands with not near the results of this product. As others have reported the taste is not the best, but I do not think it is awful and the tablet dissolves very quickly. My sleep has been much better and I stay asleep longer without waking up. I will continue to buy this one and not look for another. I highly recommend it!

    quick dissolve

    I do not put these under my tongue as they do taste terrible. I swallow them like any other pill, and they are still very fast acting. I take two 30 mins before bedtime and they make me sleepy, like they are suppose to do. Therefore, I am giving them a rating of 4 stars, and that is due to the taste, however everything else is a 5 rating.

    Not Potent

    This product does not seem to be at its advertised potency. I have had to take more tablets than I have with other brands of 10 mg Metatonin
