I purchased two of the off white lamps. One came in perfect condition, but the second one came with black marks and the lamp shade is broken. There is no option to return and they will send you a replacement. You can only return, and re-order and now the lamp is $15 more than what I purchased it for. They should honor what you originally paid for since it’s not your fault if the item arrives damaged.

I ordered two of these lamps one came with the damaged lampshade. So I called customer service and they said I could return it to the store but they won't take it back and send me another one so I'd have to reorder it. It is now $20 more for the lamp and shade. What the heck?

I bought two of these as nightstands in bedroom. Although the box said brown I think it looks more grey with some darker flecs which helps it blend well in the surroundings. The shades are off-white which blends with my walls. You be the judge, I'm very happy.
