Not cool Target. I received these as a delivery and they were busted up and leaking. I did want most people would do if something was leaking everywhere and threw it away. Requested a refund for $3 and Target wants me to box up the leaking bubbly liquid and return it in the mail before issuing a refund hahahahaha NO LIQUIDS in the the mail target hahahahah this is the dumbest request in the world 🤭🤣

These are really fun and I feel like a good value for the price. However, several of them leaked, so now they are sticky and a decent amount only have half the bubble solution. I would probably buy them in store next time and check for a package that hasn’t leaked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great sweet treat alternative for kids this Halloween. This is the perfect size bubble toy to add to the trick-or-treat basket this year. The tips of each one have either a bat a ghost or a pumpkin and they look absolutely fantastic. This is a great thing for teachers to give out to their students or even babysitters to pass out so they’re avoiding passing out to a little kid. It’s fun idea for this Halloween. These will be great for teal pumpkin houses (treats instead of candy) or treat bags for classmates. Fun treat for kids, but not noisy or sticky, which means it's parent approved. The bubbles are teeny tiny--these would be really cute for a Halloween wedding as part of the guest favors, too! I received an incentive to write this review.
