24seven Comfort Apparel Women's Plus Long Sleeveless Vest-Black-2X

I love these 27Seven long vests and I have worn them for several years with long flowy skirts as almost a daily uniform. They are very flattering if you wish to disguise your weight and still feel stylish and cute. (They used to be only available from JC Penney in the maternity section!) I have many in black and wear them with black v-neck t-shirts and a wide variety of Jessica London colorful maxi skirts. They also look nice with jean maxi skirts or reasonably smooth leggings or crop pants (not bulky pants with lumpy rear pockets). I am 5'6" and 65 years old and 230 pounds. I wear a 3X, but I bet I could also wear a 2X. For my wardrobe, I don't like any other color besides black. They are a little bit pleasantly swingy when you walk, which I like, and I wear them with pretty long beaded necklaces. You can also layer any short or long black sweater or jacket over these long black vests, too, for evenings or cooler weather. They also look cute with a long crossbody bag on the diagonal when you go out and about. I have worn these both casually and for fancy events. I think they look best when the color of the shirt underneath matches the color of the vest. (Tip: launder them with other black items and do NOT wash them with towels or fuzzy/linty items. I use black liquid Woollite with my black clothing so nothing ever fades. I hang mine to dry and do not put them through the dryer. Mine vests stay nice for years and I have never had one wear out!)
