A: Thank you for your question. Yes, This is a two piece product where the top section closes and has a latch to secure it closed. This allows you to turn the entire basket over to cook on the other side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rosewood Handle Grill Basket is really nice I have been using it to grill shrimp, pineapple, and mushrooms. This was easy to use and clean afterwards. The basket is made from heavy gauge chromed steel which makes it very sturdy to use.

This is great for shish kabobs though. Also would probably work well for grilling fish but I haven't tried that yet. Nice gadget to have for grilling.

It is heavy gauge steel and perfect for grilling hamburgers, fish or vegetables over for fire!! Highly recommend this product for people who enjoy grilling over the fire!!

Maybe I am missing a key technique, but I found it did not work as well or was as easy to use a a pain old grilling tray. More steps, less effective. And it seems to be somewhat cheap and easily breakable. Not impressed and will not use a second time.

The basket is made of a nice metal and the top is adjustable so that you can grill foods of different thicknesses. For example, I can grill a flat steak or more bulky vegetables or shish-ka-bobs. This is a great tool to use so that food doesn't fall into the grates of your grill. I will be using this a lot.
