Great stools with a hard to find color wood tone. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the placement of the bolts under the seat is difficult to tighten. They were packaged really well (flat pack with styrofoam) and arrived with no damages. Great value for the price.

This product is exceptionally poor quality for the money. When assembling, the holes were drilled incorrectly so we ended up drilling right through the seat. (No, we're not idiots, yes, we know basic construction - it was imporssible to tell how far you were drilling in the screws.) Also, the product says it is made of wood. It is not made of solid wood but layers of plywood which is just sawdust and glue. They then put it in a mold to give it a faux wood texture. Really disappointing. Defintiely returning.

We ordered 2 stools. One came with a cracked leg. To be fair to Target, we did not notify them of the damaged item. We chose to keep the stool as the damage did not pose a safety risk. The stools are comfortable and attractive, in a rustic way. However, I recommend that you select a better made stool.
