This heavy marble mortar and pestle is a game changer for dough rolling. It's sturdy and makes flaky croissants effortlessly. The stand is a nice touch safety. Great layering doughs with ease. Best roller I've used!

Not durable for countertops
Hard marble base can scratch countertops, wire gets slack and struggles with heavy cheses. Not as durable or functional as previous wood cutter. Looks nice but not a good value. Will likely need replacing soon.
