Q: How is this mirror hung? one hook or two hooks or some sawtooth center piece? What is the backing made of? What does the hanging piece look like - it was not in the 3-D item picture. Thank you, Wendie

A: Hi wendie - We're happy to look into this for you! The backing material is 2.5 mm MDF wood and it has 2 d-rings installed. We don't recommend using hanging wire as this could rip the d-rings out, so you'll want to use the 2 screws and anchors provided with the mirror. Q: the template I got only had one drill hole marked and so I had to measure and I was off. so I had to take the anchor out and try again and the anchor broke. What size anchor do I need to buy?

A: Hello Samantha - Thanks for asking about hanging the mirror using command strips. There are Command Strips which hold up to 16 pounds. Personally I would be leery. There are two D hooks attached to the back, if you are able to use nails or screws. - Melodee

Q: Hung this in a room with painted 1970s panelling I assume over drywall. Couldn't get the anchors all the way in the wall and we can't get them out either since the holes are now stripped. It still seems strong but I am afraid to hang the mirror. Advice?

A: Hi ABS - If the Anchor is stripped where the bit of the screw driver is inserted, it is recommended to find a flathead screwdriver with a long handle and that fits into the slot tightly. This should provide enough torque to unscrew the wall anchor and replace it. I hope this information helps. - Cedria

Q: Is the gold metal a nice, brushed brass or is it that weird, matte, mustardy "fake" gold found in less expensive mirrors? Is the mirror reflection accurate/decent quality or does it warp the reflection a la funhouse mirror? Thanks!

Beautiful mirror! The gold is a perfect color. The only issue I have is the mirror itself is not great quality. It has a distorted look and different angles. I read another comment that referenced it looking like a fun house mirror, and I would have to agree.
