A: Thank you for your question. We would recommend to spot test the area first to ensure it doesn't cause damage prior to a broadcast application. Our product will kill insects on contact but is not formulated with a repellent to prevent insects from returning to the area.

I bought 5 of these to treat my lawn and all 5 dispensed as expected. I am not sure why others were having problems. Maybe they fixed the container since then as I had no issues. It was easy to use and I would 100% buy it again. I’ve been using all of their products and have been completely satisfied.

Zero luck getting the product to come out. FIX your sprayers! Spilled this poison all over my hands having to repeatedly take the top of it off to try everything under the sun to get it to come out to no avail! Absolutely a waste of time and energy. I bought two bottles neither worked and I wasted so much water trying. Got bit up out there too, trying for a couple of hours to get it to work. It’d literally be easier and cheaper to get down on your hands and knees and find and evict each bug with a formal written warning and a bus ticket than it is to use this wonky useless sprayer. There has to be a better way to construct this sprayer, please reconfigure it.

Nozzle does not suck chemical out of bottle.
I've used this product for years and it worked well. On the new bottle it will not draw chemical into the head to mix with water. I run it for a while and the level in the bottle does not change. I tried squeezing the bottle slightly to try to prime it up to the mixing orifice and that did not work. I'm thinking about dumping the chemical into a pump sprayer that I have. What would be the dilution ratio be for mixing with water? I can't take back to where I purchased it as I don't know where I bought it. Also it would be difficult to legally dispose of.

Crap Don't Work
The sprayer does not dispense the product. This seems to be a continuing problem with the Spectracide Triazicide ready to spray products. Looks as though Spectracide would fix the issue after all the publicized problems. They don't care about the consumers just want your money.

Guess I had the same experience as many others. Sprayed for a very long time and the bottle never got below half bottle. Very frustrating to spend time and money on a product that doesn't work.

Sprayers suck
I have bought this product and found it effective for my ant problem. It gets one star because if you buy four bottles, you might find one where the sprayer actually works. This product and the weed killer usually require you to pour defective bottles into your only working bottle. Spectracide just ought to admit the bottles don’t work and should print on the label how much product do I put in a four gallon backpack sprayer

Poor spray bottle design
I bought the ready to use spray bottle and also a refill and have had nothing but issues getting the product to actually dispense. The sprayer works but none of the product mixes with the water. I have tried three separate times to use this with no success. They really need to fix the spray bottle issue.

Sprayer does not work only sprays water. I’ve had good luck in the past but not anymore, now I’ve got 2 bottles that don’t work. I will never buy again.

Don’t work
I had 3 of the 32oz ready to spay and only one worked so I took the top off the one that worked and put on one of the other full bottles and that one stopped working. I guess I will just mix it myself and spray it

I have bought 2 of these bottles and tried to use both, but neither of them actually mixed the water with the product. Yes I pulled the yellow tab and followed the instructions each time. I gave it 30 minutes of spraying, disconnecting and reconnecting the hose and turning on and off water, shaking the bottle, looking for clogs. Nothing fixes the issue. This Product has not only wasted my money, but also my time. I would like a full refund for the product and an additional check for my time. Currently I plan on starting a social media campagin across all platforms to let everybody and their mother's know that Spetracide is a scam of a company and should not be trusted.

I'd give it 0 starts if I could. We wasted 20 minutes spraying boxwoods with the product. The level never went down in the bottle so no product came out. Taking it back. Wish I had read the reviews first. Don't buy this product!

Sprayer works 1/2 the time! :(
I bought 2 bottles and the first sprayed all the contents in the attached bottle. The second didn’t remove the contents of the bottle. I read all the reviews and agree with those who mentioned that the bottle contents weren’t mixed with the water spray. FYI I removed yellow tab both times. Is there something in the sprayer that doesn’t work every time? Is there something in the product that clogs the sprayer? Hoping the manufacturer investigates more in depth. I bought a generic liquid sprayer to ensure I could use the product on my lawn. Killed the chinch worms!!!
