[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this 3 piece set to be super easy to put together with help from one other person. Took about an hour. The instructions for us were pretty clear to understand. The seats are comfortable, and the table extends to a nice size for a bigger work space or table space. It's easy to close and open and looks awesome in smaller spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very difficult to get the desk together, tried so many times and the top part just wouldn’t fit as I couldn’t get the legs in the right position. That being said, the wood is beautiful. I’m using it as a desk in my room while folded and I love!
Install was a pain, but the table was nice and sturdy.

The drop leaf works effectively and does allow you to only use when needed. The chairs are a bit wobbly, but that is most likely my fault do to assembly. The table looks nice and is a nice addition to my small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a table that isn’t made of real wood, this one is pretty nice! It’s sturdy and I LOVE the color. Assembly wasn’t the absolute easiest (what piece of furniture truly is?) but the instructions were decent. Everything is labeled nicely which I greatly appreciate! I’d recommend assembling with another person because it can get tricky during some steps without someone to hold the pieces together. I have a love/hate opinion about the actual folding top. The concept is great and it lies flat when you have it pushed to a specific side, but if you’re trying to make the top absolutely center on the table in proportion to the legs it doesn’t lie as flat. Which isn’t a huge deal. I liked the table top folded up as well, it looks like a cute desk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sturdy and heavy table. It has a worn look, which fits in perfectly with my other worn furniture. It looks like it has dings and scratches, but it is part on the charm, although you can feel the grooves, so it may be harder to keep clean. I worry about spraying it with a cleaner, so I will only use a cleaner wipe. It was very easy to put together, although I put on all 4 legs of the table before realizing I had to get the top on first. But it was easy to take apart for that. I put this together by myself and di not really have any issues. Make sure you keep the box in tact so you can rest the table on it while putting on the legs. It has some storage underneath. Right now I have it tucked away and am using it as a computer table. I will easily be able to pull it out if needed for guests. It does not sit flush to the wall with the top folded because the legs stick out a couple of inches. It comes with 2 chairs, which is great when it is folded, but more chairs will be required if you want to fold it out. The 2 chairs do not fit underneath side by side, so only 1 chair per side. Unfolding it is easy enough. All in all, I really like this table. 2 thumbs up

The folding feature is perfect to make it smaller or bigger as needed. The compartment under the table as a storage is genius! Perfect storage for any craft supply. The folding and sliding is smooth and very easy to operate.
