Q: Why is there a chemical smell even after washing? Also, the tag on the sheet only says cotton, it does not say that it is organic cotton. Why doesn't the label state organic?
A: We would consider a chemical smell to be a quality concern, it does not happen often nor do we expect it to. It does not say organic on the tag originally for the sake of space however it is a change we are looking into.

Q: does this come with 2 pillow cases?
A: The Twin and Twin XL sizes will come with 1 Pillowcase, all other sizes will come with 2 Pillowcases.

A: Our 4 piece Full Sheet Set includes one full fitted sheet (54" W x 75" L), one full flat sheet (81" W x 96" L), and two standard pillowcases (20" W x 27" L).

Q: TwinXL: deeply flawed topsheet folded doublethick section. Post-drying it's all warped, requires serious steam/spray ironing to flatten and regularize. Only fix: sew 1-2 seams to prevent creep. AYKM?

Q: On the color option called "grid": 1) are the stripes blue or gray or black? 2) the photos for "grid" show two different patterns - some pics appear square and some rectangle. Which is is it? Thx!
