Q: Hello. Is the item 100% cotton or percale? Conflicting info: Percale is cotton AND polyester; "100% organic cotton" suggests no other type of material is in this item, at all. Which is it? Thank You
A: Percale cotton is just a stiffer weave of cotton. It doesn’t mean it has polyester in it. These sheets are definitely 100% cotton.
submitted byRondilicious - 1 year agoA: These Sheets are 100% Organic Cotton Percale. Percale is the type of weave (plain, basket weave) and Organic Cotton is the fiber or fabrication of this Sheet Set. Percale Sheets can be a blend of fibers, however these Percale Sheets are 100% Organic Cotton.

Q: If you buy an insert for the duvet and it has large squares will that show through the duvet cover is the duvet cover that thin?
A: If the duvet cover is light in color, the large squares on the insert might show through a bit.

Q: Does this duvet have a tendency to collect lint, pet hair and dust?
A: Our products are not treated with anything that would repel pet hair, dust, or lint. If you live in a dry climate that has a tendency to have static cling, these would be issues with most any fabric.

Q: Why does the item smell like wet compost right out of the package?
A: We're sorry to hear your new Sheets have an odor. While we don't expect this from any new product, there are many reasons that may account for this; was your package delivered during a weather event and damaged? As with anything new, the material, the manufacturing process, and even how long they were stored before shipping to you, all contribute to any possible odors. We would recommend laundering this Sheet Set and adding some white vinegar to the wash cycle as an odor neutralizer. You may always return the item to Target within the return time frame if you prefer.

Q: Does this wrinkle alot when washed?
A: Our products are not treated with any chemicals to make them wrinkle resistant; that being said, Cotton as a natural fiber, has a tendency to wrinkle. This Cotton Percale Duvet Cover Set will wrinkle when washed.
