Q: These poker chips are designed to be carried.....hence the handle on the carrying case? However, when you carry them with the handle they go all over the place. Was the case not designed properly or is something missing?

Q: Picture shows 400 chips & description shows 300? Which is it? How many of each color?
A: the set contains 400 poker chips. the colors are: white, black, blue, green, red. the amount of white poker chips are double the amount of the other four colors. I don't know anything else besides that.
