Excellent!

Excellent book if you are trying to eat the Mediterainean way! 5 ingredients make it easy. I need fast and easy so this was perfect for me. ust enough variety to be interesting without any weird foods that are hard to find.

OK cookbook

This book has a lot of recipes but most of them I won't use. There are so many weird ingredients that are either expensive or not to my liking such as duck. Too many condiments. It's ok but i'll probably only use it once or twice.

I love love love Jamie Oliver, but this is not a good cookbook. It’s 5 ingredients with another 3-6 ingredients listed in the instructions on a lot of the recipes. I didn’t see anything I would actually cook.
