Very versatile design style. Runs very smooth and the remote allows you to dim the light. Looks expensive and very attractive hung from the bedroom ceiling which has a slight slope but install was a breeze! Good value for the cost . Would recommend!

I am a retired master electrician. I have assembled and installed more ceiling fans than I can count. This fan BY FAR is the most poorly engineered product I have ever encountered. Clearly whomever designed this had no idea how best to furnish a product that incorporated a logical assembly and installation process. The price is what attracted me. But in retrospect I wish that I had purchased a fan from a more reputable manufacturer. I would never again purchase a product from this manufacturer. Terrible!!!!!

the fan is beautiful! I had been looking for a fan to use on my steep sloped ceiling and this one with the adaptor fit the bill. Unfortunately it took the electrician several hours to put it up. The adaptor didn't fit the regular size electric box in the ceiling, so that had to be replaced with a bigger box. The electrician said that he had never had that happen before. I do not see a switch to reverse the blade direction on the fan or on the remote control.

Love this fan! It looks great in our living room and on our closed in lanai. We will be purchasing at least one more, possibly 3 more. The extender rod needed to be 10" inches instead of the six inch a it came with. Had to order the 12" extender that needed to be cut down. That didn't work so well. No matter what we did the fan did not balance,leaving a slight shimmy. After contacting customer service repair techs they sent us a 10" inch rod free of charge! We live Lamps Plus. Have used the for beautiful fans and lightening that we couldn't find any where else. Great prouduct! Thank you Lamps Plus for being who you are as accompany. You're all greatly appreciated!

Love this fan! It's also nice that it comes with a remote. The only complaint is the switch to change the direction of the fan is under the cover on top of the fan. I can reach it because I have a balcony in my living room but it would be very hard to change the direction if I did not have the balcony.

Installation was excellent but random metal on metal noises, balancing issues as well as random clicking noises that just come from nowhere still happening. Very disappointed in the quality overall and if I would I would return all and buy other type.

The looks and quite rate the fan as a definite 5 star, but the remote sucks. The pins that are on the inside to pair with the fan controls do not stay in the up position, so if you mount the remote to the wall and take the remote out of the mounting bracket it pushes against the pins (this is with the cover on mind you) and moves them in the down position -- which results in the fan and remote no longer paired. The quick fix is to not mount the remote and taking the risk of it getting lost along with the TV remote.
