This is a great quality fan, comes with a remote to control both fan and light, and is incredibly quiet. We find the built-in lamp gives plenty of light in our bedroom. My electrician said the MinkaAire Espace fans are high quality. We love it!

The Espace is a visually pleasing and great fan. The only disappointment we have encountered is the light which is not bright enough to adequately light the room to our satisfaction.

Bought this item in March 2020 and it came with a year warranty. It already stopped working. I only use it in the summer months which means I only got through one summer of 2020 with this fan and the motor already died. They are quite expensive to have this unit not working already.
