After being more than a week late and Fed Ex tracking stating it had no pending deliveries for me I reached out to Lamps Plus who took the position that was that it was not their problem since it was picked up by Fed Ex. (even though it was Lamps Plus, not me, who was the consigning agent). Fast forward another week, Fed Ex drops a box that looks like it has gone through WW III on my porch with broken glass actually sticking out of the side of the box. I called the person who sold the table to me . He said he would notify Lamps Plus and get Fed Ex to come pick up the debris they left on my porch. To date, radio silence. On a sale of 1 to 10 I would rate Lamps plus less than zero
