5ct Summer Craft Gem Art Sun Catchers - Mondo Llama™

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun craft kit for sun catchers! My son is 8 years old and he absolutely loves this. The directions were clear and easy to understand and follow. These were easy to put together and use, my son loves having these in his window. It took him about 1 hour to complete all of these, but loved putting them together. I helped him some and I enjoyed doing this as well! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun craft to have on hand for kids of all ages! I brought this out for my 6 year old nephew to do with his smaller girl cousins. Everyone loved this kit! The package includes 5 window clings which is enough to share for a small group of kids. The gems are easy to place on the cling with the wax and tool included. You can also use your hands to stick them on (little kids are better at doing this with their small fingers). The end result is so cute and sparkly! This is a great value for the price. These were tricky to get started with because the bottoms don’t have the silver like others so it was a little hard to see top from bottom. We figured that part out though. It’s a great rainy day activity or an “I’m so bored” or even to share with a friend. From just refining motor skills to an older child (even adult) these are great. The adhesive patch that came with the kit, did not work and would not adhere to the gems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 5ct sun catchergem craft is very cute in theory. I love the idea of making a sun catcher and the fine motor task behind it. The biggest problem is, is that the set up isn’t exactly the best for longevity. The stickiness is very weak and the gems do not stay on well. The tackiness gets everything stuck to it including any fuzz, dog hair and everything in between. The gems don’t stay where they are placed, they slide around. The tool is cute and very handy with the wax though. It would be a great task for therapy purposes for teaching fine motor movement or pre writing. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This window diamond painting set is adorable! My kids are thrilled to put them together and it is something they can do in their own. The kit comes with 5 sun catchers but three of them are pretty small. This did not bother my crew, but would be hard to share. The gems are the perfect colors. Can’t wait to hang these up once they’re done making them. Comes with all you need for a rainy day activity! I received an incentive to write this review.
