submitted byJodi W - 7 years agoA: I ordered the 'brown/purple' and was disappointed as the purple wasn't anything close to the picture (even look at the picture on several different devices/screens). Other than the one pillow, it honestly looked like the 'brown/red'. Even the people doing the return said that it looked like the brown/red one; yet all the label #'s etc indicated it was the 'brown/purple'. Weight-wise I liked it and the colors did have a richness, the 'red' look of it just wasn't what I had envisioned.

Q: how much does this coverlet weigh, please?
A: I don't an exact weight, but it is a perfect weight so that in the summer it is not heavy like a comforter would be and in the winter you can put a down comforter under it and it looks the same. I like that it is big enough to hang over the sides and I love the color pattern.

Q: Does this quilt. have a “shiny” look?
A: Dear customer, thank you for reaching out. The quilted coverlet set is made of 100% poly jacquard. Princeton creates character with intricate geometric and damask prints in a mix of brown, red, and ivory tones. It does not have a “shiny” look. Hope this helps and enjoy your shopping!
