PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating, also known as thin-film coating, is a process in which a solid material is vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the surface of a part. I hope other people notice this but the blank ink used in the indentations on these chopsticks come off. My mouth started burning and I looked down and noticed the ink comes off easily. These have been washed 2x prior to tonight’s dinner. Please be aware

Great chopsticks
I got these to go along with a set I already have made of black fiberglass. The black ones are very popular on a huge website named after a river in South America, but I wanted these stainless steel ones because they're more inert than fiberglass, plus they're a little longer than average and I like that. The fiberglass is more grippy, but these are still good and their square shape plus the grooves at the tips help them to grip more. The quality is outstanding and I highly, highly recommend these, you cannot go wrong with them.
