The Woolrich heated throw utilizes state of the art Secure Comfort heated technology that adjusts the temperature of your throw based on overall temperature, spot temperatures and the ambient temperature of your room, ensuring a consistent flow of warmth. This unique technology also emits virtually no electromagnetic field emissions, so you can snuggle up with confidence. This throw is oversized, nearly a foot larger in the length and width compared to standard heated throws. The ultra soft faux mink fabric and the lofty berber reverse creates a cozy, comfortable throw. Features 3 heat settings and 2 hour auto shut off. This throw is machine washable for easy care and OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it does not contain any harmful substances or chemicals to ensure quality comfort and wellness. It was glorious for a season. But we brought it out this November, it worked for a couple weeks. Now it’s inop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am perpetually cold. This blanket warms me up quick! It has a super soft side and a fluffy side. It’s easy to use. Plug in and go. 2 hour time will auto shut off. I’ve fallen asleep in the warmth and it shut off for safety. Just turn on and pick the setting. Low, medium, or high.

The temperature settings are perfect for whatever you need, either just a little warmth to take the edge off, or full blown heat for keeping you warm. The flannel pattern in blue and green is trendy and the mink underside is so soft. This has quickly became my favorite throw blanket for evenings by the fire!

Pet hair voids warranty

I like this blanket, it's comfy and functional. I decided to spend more to get a blanket that would last more than one season--my first Biddeford lasted four months, the second one lasted three weeks. Before purchase I checked, and this blanket had a 5 year warranty, so I bought it on that promise. Be aware though that you "must" present the enclosed warranty card, so don't toss it, and the warranty is also "automatically voided" if failed blanket has pet hair on it (see photo of warranty). Since I have pets, this blanket's warranty was voided when I pulled it from the package. While it seems like a good heated throw, I wouldn't purchase another Woolrich. I think the description should be revised to note that if you have a pet in the house you don't have a warranty on the blanket.
