Incorrect prosuct received 4 times!
Four times I’ve ordered this product and four times I’ve received the wrong item, plus they’ve all arrived broken. The item that I’ve received is an 8-drawer organizer with different dimensions and from a different brand. It’s also packaged horribly and shipped in a vinyl bag, guaranteeing it arrives broken and cracked. I’ve been looking for this specific organizer because I have one from several years ago that I’m hoping to match. After the third incorrect item, I finally called Target customer service and they assured me they’d correct the issue so that the next item I ordered, it would be correct. It wasn’t. At least the returns process has been a breeze!
