really cheap you stuff the cushions yourself and they do not fluff up or match in thickness, ones thicker than the next. it comes in a big box and you cannot put it back in to return it. easy to put together but when you get done no way is it worth it. serta is a big company but the quality does not show up. stick to beds.

I purchased this couch and it actually came as ordered. Love the color, style and find it very comfortable. The only problem and something that needs to be fixed is that the holes to join the back with the side arms are not even closely aligned. Right now mine is up against a wall so it sort of for me. I wish someone would tell me how to fix this issue perminently.
Great deal and uber cool. Super easy to put together. Not a huge fan of the small throw pillows though.

This Is a great purchase I paid for extra fast delivery and it came 3 days earlier than expected, very easy to assemble super comfortable, color, design, quality awesome, I will order the love seat when available.

This sofa is great for small apartments.Easy assembly.rye brown color looks great.cushions are great.I dnt no why there are negative reviews.I find this sofa very comfortable.this can be easily fit in my car trunk,if i transfer.shipped on time,without any damage. I bought this with 100$ OFF :) .Overall great!!!

Pros: -Comfortable -Nice soft material -Easy to put together -Spacious for 2 -Decent for a nap Cons: -Not deep enough, back coushions take up too much room -Smells funky for a few days due to vacuum seal My husband and I have a small apartment and we had a small nook where we wanted to put a couch. This one fits perfectly, it looks nice, it's comfortable but the seats just aren't deep enough. We end up taking the back coushions off and it's actually a lot more comfortable because you can sink in. We just use thinner pillows to coushion our backs and we may end up cutting the inner stuffing in half on one of the couch pillows and see how that works. It is a nice couch, especially because we had a small space to work with but it really needs either more seat width or thinner back pillows. /endRant Hope that helps!

This sofa is extremely uncomfortable. The cushions have springs in them that hurt to sit on and the cushions seem to give out on both sides so you slide to the middle of the couch. There is zero back support and the seat cushions are too deep so you have to sit on the very edge or you’ll fall into whoever else is on the couch.

Amazing how easy to set up. Just one large box and about 45 minutes to a beautiful sturdy sofa. On the firm side, but very comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

Bought for relatives. Very easy to put together. Very comfortable. Fits petite people nicely. Seats are not over deep. It needed to "air out" for about a week and then freshened with fa breeze spray. No smell after that. It was the seating cushions that released oder as they expanded from being vacuum packed. I was impressed with the packaging...would make it easy for two people to carry up stairs or in an elevator- if needed to get to an upstairs residence.
