The Zatarain’s New Orleans Style 80 QT Crawfish Kit comes with everything you need to begin your outdoor cooking experience. This all-in-one kit constructed of aluminum, steel, and cast iron components includes an aluminum pot, burner stand, and regulator hose to get started. The 80-quart aluminum pot with lid can accommodate up to 40 pounds of crawfish, perfect when entertaining large gatherings. The all welded, 4-legged steel stand provides strength and longevity and is CSA design certified. The 50,000 BTU jet burner provides power to bring the pot to a boil in 30 minutes while the adjustable 10 PSI regulator helps ensure proper temperature control. Additional accessories include a strainer basket and safety hook. I love this product for cooking crawfish throughout the year. It's perfect for large batches. All I have to do it pick up the strainer & put in them smaller containers. Great quality too.
