Description
The Dual Basket Fryer comes with everything you need to begin your cooking experience. Cook two things at once and cut your frying time in half. Constructed of aluminum, steel and cast iron components. Features include a 21 inch CSA approved welded steel stand for stability. A 50,000 BTU cast-iron burner provides power for quick oil heat up and recovery time. An adjustable regulator helps ensure proper temperature control. The rectangular strainer baskets come with insulated handles for safety and are ideal for preparing your favorite foods such as fish, wings or onion rings. Other accessories include an 18-quart aluminum pot with side handles and a 5 inch thermometer.

This fryer is a generous size with two included baskets to fry up all sorts of goodies for parties and get togethers. I really like how it does not require electricity and it’s for outdoor use so it keeps the smells and any possible oil splatters outside! It’s light enough to take in and out big enough to accommodate lots of food. I do wish it had a couple of wheels to wheel it in and out though.

On one hand, it’s practical, has all the components one would need for an outdoor fryer, and is built alright. On the other hand, it looks and feels flimsy and doesn’t feel like the best-quality. I think it does what it needs to, but I think I would try and purchase a slightly nicer fryer next time around.

My husband set it up easily, and before we knew it, we were busy enjoying it (so much so that we forgot to snap pictures of it in action!). We made the most perfect crispy wings and fries, and the fryer’s compact design and generous capacity really impressed us. Even though we only did a small batch, it could have handled much more with no problem. The controls were simple and intuitive, making it easy to adjust the temperature, and I felt confident using it safely. Cleanup was also a breeze once we disposed of the oil. Overall, this fryer is convenient, efficient, and fun to use outdoors. I’m so happy I was selected to try this product—it was such a treat! I’m excited to explore more CHARD products in the future and highly recommend this fryer to anyone looking for quality outdoor cooking equipment.

At least the pan is aluminum so can be fixed easily but then the durability and integrity comes into question. The pan is also only like 6 inches deep so you can’t put much oil in it anyway

My daughter love to eat fried chicken and fries so this is perfect for it. It have 2 basket so I can do both chicken and fries at the same time without waiting for so long. It very easy to control the temperature too so I don't have to worry about food getting burn. Also it very to clean too so it doesn't take too much time after every use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shipping on this fryer was SO FAST which was amazing as we’re having a fish fry today. Since we had to cook for 7 people, we had A LOT of fish and fries to cook and this fryer was a 10/10. After 20 fillets of fish we noticed that the oil temp has remained the same without having to constantly adjust it (like our old one made us do.) You can fit about 4 to 5 full walleye fillets in each basket at one time and if you can see by my picture they are crispy and delicious! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS OUTDOOR FRYER!
